Ashley Neal, Graduate Intern
Nothing is more exciting than seeing your child embody the fullness of joy that exists in this world. As a parent, you want nothing more than to see your child develop in a healthy and happy manner. However, your current concerns with your child are in conflict with who you know your child can be and experience. Their joy has diminished. Their emotions are all over the place, and they seem to be disconnected from life itself. Isolation and irritation seem to be their new norm.
Ashley Neal is a graduate level counselor, attending Capella University, who has a passion for working with children and their families. She works with clients to restore their joy, stabilize their emotions, and reconnect them to life. She has extensive experience navigating challenging life circumstances with clients, meeting them where they are, and ensuring their overall wellness and stability.

She believes that self-talk and internal dialogue is important to wellness, as well as inner-growth and a safe space for clients to explore self-actualizing. She believes that every path we take in life is predestined and no matter what we face, there is always a way to get through it.
